A job search runs on a hundred small details: which resume went where, who replied, what’s due this week. HiredStack remembers them, so you can focus on getting the job.
Who it’s for
Each resume and cover letter takes about an hour, and the portal is still waiting.
Your application tracker is a spreadsheet you stopped updating two weeks ago.
You can’t remember which resume version went to which company.
A recruiter replies, and you dig through three inboxes to remember who they are.
Saved job posts pile up in tabs and bookmarks with no next step.
You drafted the LinkedIn note, read it back, and closed the tab.
HiredStack keeps all of it in one place and shows you what to do next.
Fit check
Job titles hide a lot. Paste a posting and see the job family, a score out of 100, the skills you cover, and the gaps. A requirement you’d miss, like years of experience or work authorization, shows up before anything gets written.

Claim check
Each skill in your profile has a tier and one sentence of evidence. The resume draws only on what you’ve confirmed, rewords it to match the posting, and flags any line it can’t trace back to you. Try it: move SQL to Light.
Your claims
The job post asks for Salesforce. You marked it Never, so it stays off the resume anyway.

Outreach
A note to a real person is often what gets an application read. Add a contact and HiredStack drafts a LinkedIn note, a follow-up for after they accept, and a cold email, each with one clear ask and written from the same evidence as your resume.

Hi Priya, I applied for the Business Analyst role on your team today. I built the weekly revenue reporting at my last job, which sounds close to what the post describes. Would you be open to a 10-minute chat about what the team is working on?
To: Priya Shah
Hi Priya, Following up on my application for the Business Analyst role from last Tuesday. I'm still very interested. If it helps, I can share a sample of the stakeholder requirements doc I wrote for our billing migration. Thanks, Alex

Subject: Business Analyst role, SQL and requirements background Hi, I saw the Business Analyst opening and applied this morning. Over the last two years I've gathered requirements for a billing migration and written the SQL behind our weekly revenue report. My resume is attached. Alex Rivera
How it works
Today it’s a spreadsheet for tracking, a chat window for resumes, notes in Notion, bookmarks for saved jobs, and reminders for follow-ups. HiredStack brings them into one workspace that remembers where each application stands.
Paste any job link into one inbox. Posts you haven’t opened come back the next day.
A score, the gaps and any requirement you’d miss, before you spend time on it.
Tailored to each job from your verified experience, ready as PDF or DOCX.
A LinkedIn note, a follow-up and a cold email for every contact.
Every application logged with its resume, contacts, messages and next step.
How many you sent, who replied, and which resume version works best.
Profile updates drawn from the same verified experience.
Practice questions and stories for each role you reach.
Built on your evidence

Every application with its stage, the resume version you sent, and the next step.
One profile, many resumes
Each post gets its own version, all from the same verified claims.
Why we built it
Every application took the same eight steps across four tools: find the post, prompt a chat, fix the output, download it, apply, find a contact, write the note, log it in a sheet. About an hour each.
We tried sending more. Reply rates barely moved. Then one batch went out with skills we couldn’t talk about in an interview, and we stopped trusting the chat window.
So we wrote rules. A list of what we could claim, a sentence of evidence for each, and a check on every line before it left. Three months of fixing that process is what you get in HiredStack.
Coming after launch: interview prep, help with your LinkedIn profile, and application status read from your inbox.
Early users
"I stopped rewriting the same bullet points for every application. The fit score told me which jobs were worth the effort."
"The follow-up reminder is underrated. Two of my interviews started with the follow-up email."
"The claim check is the part I trust. It wouldn't let me pad my Tableau experience, and honestly that saved me in an interview."
"It found the gaps I was hand-waving. I added a small dbt project and the next score jumped."
"Ten applications in one evening, each one actually tailored. That used to take me a week."
"Clean PDF, no weird formatting, and nothing on it I could not explain line by line."
FAQ
No. Every line traces back to a claim you’ve confirmed with evidence. Names, employers, titles and dates are locked.
You submit every application yourself. HiredStack prepares everything up to that click, and it works alongside free autofill extensions for the portal.
Bring postings from wherever you already look and paste the link. HiredStack tells you which ones are worth your time.
